3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, colours, measurements, and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, certain products, particularly handloom, handmade, printed, woven, embroidered, or naturally textured products, may have minor variations in colour, texture, weave, print, embroidery, pattern placement, or finish. Such variations may be inherent characteristics of the product and should not necessarily be considered defects. The actual colour of a product may vary slightly from the colour shown on your screen due to factors such as screen settings, brightness, display technology, photography, lighting conditions, and the nature of the fabric. Where a product photograph includes accessories, jewellery, footwear, a blouse, pants, dupatta, or any other item for styling purposes, such items are not included with the purchase unless they are specifically mentioned as included in the product description. Customers are encouraged to carefully read the complete product description, specifications, measurements, and inclusions before placing an order.
4. Product Availability
All products listed on Sasvata are intended to be ready to ship. Product availability is subject to stock. Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, there may occasionally be circumstances where an item becomes unavailable due to an inventory or technical error. If an ordered product is unavailable, Sasvata may cancel the affected order and issue a refund of the amount paid for that product.
5. Prices
All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Prices, offers, discounts, and product information may be changed or updated by Sasvata at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing, product, stock, or technical error, Sasvata reserves the right to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been made, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Orders
You may place an order either by creating an account or by using the guest checkout option, where available. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided by you. An order confirmation does not prevent Sasvata from cancelling an order in circumstances permitted under these Terms & Conditions, including product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that make fulfilment impractical or unlawful.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs earlier. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible cancellation is accepted and payment has already been made, Sasvata will process the applicable refund.
8. Shipping
Sasvata currently ships products across India. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
Delivery time depends on the destination, courier network, and other logistical factors. Under normal circumstances, delivery within approximately one week is an ideal expected timeframe, although actual delivery times may vary. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Sasvata's reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, transportation disruptions, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free on orders above ₹799.
For orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold, any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Delivery-Issue Orders. If a parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, delivered in damaged condition, lost, or otherwise affected during delivery, please contact Sasvata as soon as possible with your order details and any relevant photographs or other supporting information. For damaged products, Sasvata may, subject to product availability, arrange a replacement product. For parcels reported as lost, missing, or affected during transit, Sasvata may first seek confirmation or clarification from the relevant delivery partner before determining the appropriate resolution. Any resolution will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the case and applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Returns
Sasvata accepts eligible returns requested within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Returns may be considered in circumstances including:
The product is damaged or defective.
The wrong product was received.
The product has a size-related issue, where applicable.
Other circumstances covered by Sasvata's applicable return policy or consumer protection requirements.
Returns are generally not accepted solely because a customer has changed their mind or no longer wishes to keep the product, except where required by applicable law or where Sasvata agrees otherwise.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product should:
Be unused and unworn.
Be unwashed and free from stains, odours, perfume, makeup, or other marks.
Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
Be returned in its original condition.
Not have been altered, damaged, or modified after delivery.
Sasvata reserves the right to assess the condition of a returned product before approving the return.
11. Sale and Discounted Products
Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer may be eligible for return where the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or has an eligible size issue, subject to the applicable return conditions. Use of a coupon, promotional code, or discount code does not by itself make an otherwise eligible product non-returnable.
12. Return Shipping
For an eligible return accepted by Sasvata, Sasvata will bear the applicable return shipping cost. Customers should not send products back to Sasvata without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
13. Refunds
Where a return or cancellation is approved for a refund, Sasvata will process the applicable refund to the original payment method, wherever reasonably possible.
Sasvata does not deduct shipping or handling charges from an approved refund unless such deduction is permitted by applicable law and has been clearly communicated to the customer. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment service provider.
14. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged where an exchange is requested within the applicable return period, and the requested replacement product is available. If the required replacement product is unavailable, Sasvata may offer another appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable. Exchange requests remain subject to the product condition and other return requirements described in these Terms & Conditions.

Sasvata does not currently offer Cash on Delivery or wallet payments.
Payments are processed through applicable third-party payment service providers. Sasvata does not directly store customers' complete card or banking credentials on its website.
16. Fraudulent or Suspicious Transactions
Sasvata reserves the right to verify or investigate orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised payment, suspicious activity, or other unlawful behaviour. Where appropriate, Sasvata may cancel or hold such an order and take reasonable steps to protect customers, the business, and payment systems.

Customers may create an account on the Sasvata website or place an order using guest checkout, where available. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update your information when necessary.
